LLM Provider Selection

It would probably make sense to add a dropdown to select from a list of common LLM providers + a custom option. This is more user friendly and also helps with cases such as ollama, where the base url for the OpenAI compatible version is http://localhost:11434/v1 instead of just http://localhost:11434
