Save user audio settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During meetings you might find yourself in a situations where users with different audio setups or media require different volume adjustments and you need to do that every time you enter the room. This can be a tedious process specially if you often meet in the same room wit the same group of people.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be useful to save the audio settings for different users/media so it can be restored any time you enter the room (for room media) or any time you are in any room with those users.

Additionally we should provide a way to clear the saved room saved audio settings in Preferences.
