Issue with transparencies when I want to upload a tree (that uses alphas on the leaves) into Hubs #3431

Hello! So recently I have been working on large projects related to virtual events on Hubs. And some 3D environments I'm asked to do have some vegetation. Since I want to make things a bit more optimized I created trees in Blender, with planes that has a certain amount of leaves. Everything in Blender looks fine, I activated the option of showing back faces, I made sure everything is alright and ready to go. But once it uploads to Hubs, it looks all chopped. On Spoke it seems like the transparency doesn't let me see through it, once it is on Hubs, it even stops showing back faces. In any other platform, the transparency looks perfect. Is it an issue of Mozilla Hubs? Or do I have to export it in an specific way for it to work on Hubs. Thank you for your time.

Have you tried exporting the model using the alpha clip material setting?
