Video search should not search on author

Searching for "panda" yields a lot of non-panda videos, which is completely unacceptable

It looks like there's no way to get good results from the current search API. There's no way to mask out author name. You can use title: and body: but that also yields poor results for other queries. It seems that eventually the search provider should get to a point where "panda" yields good results, so I'm going to close this for now.
