Image Request - Saved dialog - OK button not working first time

1. nav to a patient visit
2. click + New Imaging button to add an image request
3. click any image type
4. click "update"
5. on resulting dialog, click ok. Dialog stays up and this is seen in the console (Chrome):

Uncaught Error: Nothing handled the action 'returnToVisit'. If you did handle the action, this error can be caused by returning true from an action handler in a controller, causing the action to bubble.

@mnorbeck I ran across this while working on something else and I have a fix.
