Organize Pricing By Type checkbox is not saving properly

Expected behavior:
Setting the "Organize Pricing By Type" checkbox and updating a pricing type lookup list should persist the "Organize Pricing By Type" setting
Actual behavior:
The "Organize Pricing By Type" setting doesn't save
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Lookup Lists in Admin
2. Select a Pricing Type list (Ward Pricing Type; Procedure Pricing Type)
3. Check the checkbox that says "Organize Pricing By Type"
4. Reload the admin screen and the modified lookup list

   All
