Travis Builds occasionally fail, timing out on Patient Notes Test

Expected behavior:
Travis builds don't fail when a developer run ember test on same codebase doesn't fail
Actual behavior:
Travis builds fail with something like this:

Steps to reproduce:
Commit code and trigger a travis build
