Finance summary report displays "undefined" in the type column #389

Expected behavior: The type column in the finance summary report displays types of inventory (eg Medication)

Actual behavior: The type column shows the word "undefined"

Steps to reproduce: Go to Inventory/Reports. Select the Finance Summary report and pick a start and end date. Click on Generate Report
