Feature Request - Support Partial vault sync, specific folder only

Hi @HeroBlackInk ,

I would like to suggest that having a Partial vault sync is a really nice feature for this plugin. I am sure it must already be on your planned list of features. Having a specific folder where all the tasks you create, for example, if only the Daily notes folder syncs to the todoist instead of having to Enable Full vault sync would make sense for most people as there can be other tasks.

I feel this feature should be prioritized as it increases the ease of using this plugin in many folds. Having to type #todoist every time gets tiring and it is faster to open the app and write tasks there instead of using obsidian which breaks the flow. Let me know what you think of it, and any idea of the effort it would take and when could this be added.

I am open to any help I could provide if you can point me in the right direction.
