at.helpch.chatchat.libs is not available when using the api provided by https://repo.helpch.at/#/
this is available when using the api jar from https://ci.extendedclip.com/job/ChatChat/lastSuccessfulBuild/

Why use spigot and shade in adventure though, why not just use paper.
