Spellcheck doesn't start on reboot

Possibly a bug report

On reboot, the spell check service does not automatically start running if you're using a different keyboard.
I'm using florisboard with heliboard spellcheck and after a reboot, heliboard needs to be set as current keyboard once before the spellcheck starts underlining words. After that it runs normally.
