Toggle switch in the settings for turning of the special characters when space is pressed.

I have an issue, where for example when I am typing some short equations - I am using the special characters - I press space and it closes the special characters. There was an option to turn this feature off in OpenBoard, but it is not present with HeliBoard.

I would like there to be a switch in the settings for toggling this feature on or off.

It could be really useful when typing longer text using the special characters.

This is my special characters tab in which I would like to use for typing out longer texts some times. (I use it for typing out runic characters, but I think it can generally be useful for example when typing out equations.)
