This is the Alaveteli theme that is used on whatdotheyknow.com
To install:
./script/plugin install git://github.com/mysociety/whatdotheyknow-theme.git
Look in the lib/ folder of the plugin to see how the overrides happen.
To run tests, in the Alaveteli Rails.root (with this theme installed):
bundle exec rspec lib/themes/whatdotheyknow-theme/spec
