Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users with only server-console and FTP access cannot properly run the restoration scripts.
They are still able to run the jar and use the tool that way, but any attempts to run the scripts will just fail.
Describe the solution you'd like
A command to restore the backup, along with detection for crashed servers.
Additional context
When a server crash is detected, display a countdown for user input - if no input is received then exit as normal.
Also add a command - this would require confirmation (running the command twice in quick succession?) and if confirmed, would shut down the server + run the restoration CLI.
