NanoLocz

Atomic Force Microscopy Analysis Platform for Windows, Mac or Matlab. It's designed for browsing and analysing height data from AFM and HS-AFM imaging with the aim of increasing throughput.

Simulation AFM

A Matlab app and code that generates Simulated AFM images using 3D coordinates and a user defined AFM tip geometry. Coordinates can be read using various file types including .pdb .txt, or .csv files. Go to the GitHub page.
