Stop sending me your 1.12 Problems

This is the repository for NTM on 1.7.10, if you're having issues with a different version, please find whoever made that version (most commonly NTM Reloaded and NTM Extended on 1.12) and report the issue to them. I can't do much more than slap the 1.12 label on there and then ignore it until the end of time.
