How to add freeze NFT metadata like boredape in this code?

I am relatively new to this whole thing, but as I understand, when you use the contract, IPFS (Pinata) and when you mint nfts, the metadata is already frozen. Freezing metadata is used for nfts you create (upload) directly through opensea, because your nfts don't exist on the blockchain yet when you upload them.
