[update] Add star count to 2023_wrap-up

For the purposes of making data collection easier for me next year, I need to add the current star count (1389) to the 2023_wrap-up article. I previously relied on third party GitHub star-count websites which were not as precise as I'd like. I want the data provided to be as accurate as possible.
