Cannot Delete Challenge And I Left All Challenges

I left all challenges I had. I see "Stand up with the alarm" challenge still. I tried refreshing browser. Still there. Can't delete it.

Using Latest Chrome browser: Version 31.0.1650.57

Javascript error in console (unrelated?):

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

https://www.facebook.com/connect/ping?client_id=.... I removed the rest because I was concerned about sharing something I should not publish (security concern).

I've also had issues with the inability to delete three dailies that were created by challenges. The delete button does not appear.
