Primary
this is the core data we want to analyze and place on a map

CPD arrest data (can target registry folks or do a broad request)
- might be something here
registry (indicator of registry status within CPD arrest data might be sufficient, but it could be useful to measure presence on list without re-arrests)

Secondary
we want to geocode these locations into a map of the arrests

schools (specifically those for people under 18?)
childcare facilities

@argolb anything else?
