RSVP Reminders

Officers have expressed interest in a feature that reminds users about events they've RSVPd for maybe a day before the event. This would likely be an optional feature users can sign up for, and there are many ways to implement this. Using emails would be less work given what we have now but is less ideal, we could maybe use phone numbers but thats a whole new service we would be using, maybe there's another solution here that we could think of. Regardless this is going to be a pretty involved feature and will require a lot of research
