Amazon released their own sustainability report with a few relevant headline claims:
100% of electricity consumed by Amazon was matched with renewable energy sources, up from 90% in 2022
This an org wide figure covering all of Amazon, not just AWS, but given that it's 100% now, 100% of Amazon would also mean 100% of AWS power is backed by matching energy attribute certificates, because it's part of Amazon.
