Column headed geolocation needs to be set to the coordinates of the city mentioned in the location column.

Geolocation data exists as a column in https://github.com/Green-Software-Foundation/if-plugins/blob/main/src/lib/cloud-metadata/gsf-data.csv which is based on an earlier version of the region metadata table. The data will be merged into a pull request with updated columns.

Created an issue in if-plugins to ask for synchronization between the teams working on this Green-Software-Foundation/if-plugins#83

Geolocation manually added, approximate location for each city.
