Why: To create a database of sample manifest files for Watchers to use
What: Create a SCI focused and Total carbon manifest file for ChatGPT

Scope of work:

Review the readme of the if-db repo to find examples of manifest (GSF website and Zoom are complete)
Sketch notes for discussion on what the SCI calculations look like
Create a manifest file for ChatGPT
Ensure the manifest confirms to best practices
Write up the notes on how the decisions were made
PR into the if-db into the appropriate folder
