Changing debate component settings does not appear in admin log #81

We wanted to increase the length of comments, in a private transparent assembly, from the default value. However, there was no change. To reproduce:

Change the commentrs max value for the component (shown: https://leadership.green.ca/admin/assemblies/ask-the-contestants/components/381/edit)

There is no indication of any change in the admin log
