Setting status of project in Accountability module sometimes creates database error #186

Some statuses (not all) create database errors when selected.

To recreate:
Go to this project: https://wedecide.green.ca/admin/conferences/vgm-2023/components/497/manage/results/9/edit

Status: "Bylaw adopted at GM" saves correctly
Status: "Policy Ratification Vote Results" produces a database error

Temporary workaround is to not use status and datafill the progress number.

Statuses seem to have been correctly set: https://wedecide.green.ca/admin/conferences/vgm-2023/components/497/manage/statuses
