Bug- Importing the same yaml assessment twice breaks the links from the question categories

Replication:
Export a completed assessment
Create two fresh assessments
Import the exported assessment into both
Clicking on sections on the assessment main page now yields the same tasks for the two imported assessments, even though these are distinct assessments
