The iamcustomrole currently does not support organization level custom role creation.

Hi @travisrandolph-bestbuy , sorry for the late response. Our team is working on the organization role support and we are targeting early February for it. If you're using the add-on, note that there is a 3-week delay between the add-on and the standalone operator.

This is supported since v1.36.0.
