docker-credential-gcr not installed or not available in PATH

When starting a composer environment for the first time I got the following error:

docker.credentials.errors.InitializationError: docker-credential-gcr not installed or not available in PATH

I solved it by installing docker-credential-gcr with:

gcloud components install docker-credential-gcr

The version of the gcloud CLI I had was 416.0.0.

This should probably be added to the Prerequisites section in the README.

Is this issue still reproducible? I tried to catch this exception, but composer-dev start is working well for me when docker-credential-gcr is not installed. Perhaps, you could share some more details (image, composer-dev version, OS, etc.)?
