In the last releases our capabilities changed drastically and our README stalled. We need to update it before next release. Mainly:

NLA/CredSSP capabilities (tracked separately here Document CredSSP/NLA in the README #371)
pydrp-clonecert not really useful anymore
pyrdp-convert capabilities (more format in and more format out)
basically, a re-read of the whole is mandated
