Docker has removed their free Autobuilds service due to cryptomining abuse. I filed the form to apply to their open-source program but we can also try to integrate this with GitHub Actions instead.
In the meantime, I can manually push with my account.

Heard back from Docker. I'm pretty sure we don't qualify for open source criteria since we are operating this as GoSecure employees...
Fixed with #341. Will leave the bug open until we test tag pushes.
Tag pushes required a little adjustment added in f9bcd8b and now everything works perfectly.
