Add example data set with different projections

Some tests should be run with rasters that overlap but have different CRS, to ensure some functionalities work regardless of the CRS.
What needs to be done:

• reproject the landsat test case in latlon and in another projected CRS
• add it to geoutils-data and to geoutils.example
• include these new data sets for the tests where it makes sense
