Using the SDK for Mac apps using Mac Catalyst

What are you trying to achieve?

We have been testing out our app which uses 'StreamChatUI', '~> 4.24.0' on M1 mac laptops using Mac Catalyst.
Most of the StreamChat Components scale really well!
The gallery view for attachments however isn't able to scale landscape/portrait images and leads to a zoomed in view.

Our app doesn't officially support being used on macs (and not sure if your SDK is either) but it would be cool to turn on the feature at some point!

Thanks for reporting, we will look into this.

Just one question: you are mentioning StreamChatUI, not StreamChatSwiftUI. Do you have this issue in the UIKit or in the SwiftUI SDK?

Hi @virbedi,

We also do not officially support Mac Catalyst. So we don't know if we ever are going to this issue, at least until more people want this feature.

For now, we will convert this to a discussion and see if, in the future, more people are interested in this.

If you want, you can also investigate this, and we will gladly accept a PR if you have the time, of course.
