Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The examples shown in the readme are very minimal. In particular, the various options for creating STAC catalogs needs to be more fully explained.

Describe the solution you'd like
Examples and explanation of the effects of the different catalog types.
Example of how to create a catalog and host it on an S3 bucket.
