More filters

At the moment, the dataset can only be filtered by location and date. It would be great to have many more filters (potentially for field that exist). Here're three ideas and I'd be happy to hear more:

1. Advanced filters panel

There is a button for advanced searches that opens a panel with more filter options. This is what we have on CoV-Spectrum.

2. Configurable fields

The user can configure which search fields are shown. This is what we have on Loculus.

3. "Show more" button

There is a "show more filters" button below the filters that are shown by default. If clicked, it reveals all available filters.
