recipes in recipes

• a recipe can contain e.g. a pastry, that has it's own recipe
• we have to be able to create links between recipes in order to get this done
• or may it be better to embed a recipe in another recipe? because if you have a recipe for pizza and have a recipe for the pastry and a recipe for the tomato sauce, you have 3 recipes (linked together) in your recipes list.. the recipe list will have 3 entries instead of 1
