Which modpack version are you using?

2.0.8.5dev with StorageDrawers-1.7.10-1.11.3-gtnh

the storage drawer upgrades no longer require the tiered material. They used to require titanium for emerald upgrade, stainless steel for diamond, aluminum for obsidian, and steel for gold. This is no longer the case.

leagris said on discord: "Recipes unchanged, just moved recipes from the script to integrated into drawers"

This leads me to believe this is not intended and a bug of some sort.
