Trying to craft dense hydrazine in a Exxonmobile Chemical plant that was tier 4.

Expected internal multiblock dialog to say incorrect plant tier, tier needed: 5

The Reality

Instead it said it needed tier: 4 whenever the machine was already tier 4

Your Proposal

Update the internal machine dialog to say the actual tier the recipe needs instead of the current tier of the machine.
