Tried to shift click some blocks in the little container and use them to make tiny blocks for my base.

The Reality

I shift clicked a little wrench on accident and closed the container and then I reopened it to see the tool gone. I then moved it to another spot in my inventory to only have it reappear in the spot it was originally in so now I have 2 containers(I can do this as much as I want) all while keeping the contents inside. It also voided some gear in my inventory.

Your Proposal

Maybe the little container doesn't like nbt data, I'm not sure.
