https://strategy.data.gov/action-plan/ only links to the 2020 Action Plan, but there are now two action plans - one for 2020 and one for 2021.

https://strategy.data.gov/action-plan/ should be updated to a general action planning page that points to both existing action plans (located at https://strategy.data.gov/2020/action-plan/ and https://strategy.data.gov/2021/action-plan/) and, in the future, additional action plan publications.

Thanks for the suggestion to repurpose https://strategy.data.gov/action-plan/ as a general landing page. The team will take it under consideration whenever we undertake a site update.

On that note, I don't believe there are any direct links to https://strategy.data.gov/action-plan/ anywhere on the site, but if you've found one please let us know.
