Patch applied to the pu (proposed updates) branch.
However I cannot test this since I do not have systemd nor wireless.

And there is also this comment in the arch tracker:

Ok. It does not reliable work. And BindsTo is only documented to be used in section [Unit].

Maybe a solution is to provide [email protected] like described here: 
https://github.com/brain0/netcfg/blob/working/systemd/net-auto-wireless%40.service

I don't have systemd either.

netctl is made for sysemd, and netcfg is made for rc.d so I would not count on getting systemd issues fixed soon.

I know. And it's not like I want to use systemd ;).

Me neither, but it feels mean to just remove systemd support. ☺

Since netctl is ment to be used with systemd I see no reason not to. If you decide to strip the support for systemd I'm all in for it.

I will not strip it out (at least for now), but I will not prioritise to support it.
