Is netcfg still alive?

Hi, I'm just wondering is still active. Last release was on 2013 (6 years ago?). I really like netcfg, and for non systemd Arch based systems, like the Artix distro, netcfg becomes more than handy. So wondering if netcfg is to be considered maintained or not.

Does not seem so unfortunately, but I still use it, too.
There is even a new wireguard connection: netcfg-wireguard.
