Flack has been removed from the portal. Flack was the last service that relied on the PGCH. Monitoring over the last 6 months or so indicates that the PGCH service gets virtually no use. The rare cases where it was used were either Flack or a misconfigured omni. Omni users were notified to update their configurations. Flack users have been notified that it is going away.
