📌 Description

.env 값만 바뀐 경우 or 이전 버전으로 롤백이 필요한 경우, 다시 빌드할 필요 없이 이미 도커허브에 올라간 이미지만 pull 받아서 ec2에 배포하는 워크플로우를 추가합니다.
