Good Idea: Use Blockchain for the PUID

Why not use blockchain for PUID transactions. This is similar to what Honduras is talking about doing but more comprehensive because the identifier would be used by all the key players in the real estate markets and industry (such brokers, listing portals, realty trade associations, individuals and other relevant parties).
