Nov 16: Note re scope and blockchain

Here is some thinking on need for (so-called) "non-repudiation" (better described as creating good evidence of the actions of actors w/r/t assets, agreements and assents):

Blockchain could be great at this. I'm thinking of using GitHub commits (evidencing the agreement to a consent or other assent to an authorization term or set of terms such as in a contract) plus chucking the message digest form that GitHub commit onto a trust-worthy blockchain (side-chain, etc) such as "BlockSign".
