Option to automatically keep a local copy of videos as the user watches #922

I've been using LBRY lately and one feature I really like is that every video I watch can be stored locally automatically. It would be nice if that was an option using freetube.

Hi, so please take a look at #582 . Once this is implemented, it should be rather easy to allow this. Whether we will do this is up to debate, because of the app then allowing to automatically download all kinds of videos. And with a look onto the DMCA of yt-dl, this is definitely worth a discussion

That is a nice feature, It must be available as to toggle when necessary and we can set the quality before start to play video then it save locally as it steam to display (playing). It helps to save the bandwidth for re-play and if required to download for keep.
