[Feature Request]: Store videos from playlists locally

Guidelines

• I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.
• I have searched the documentation for information that matches the description of the feature request I want to file, without success.

Problem Description

• Streaming videos/audios that the user consumes usually it's unnecessary.
• Not being able to see/listen my favorite videos/audios offline.

Proposed Solution

Enable the user to store videos/audios from a playlist locally:

• Add a button to store videos/audios from a playlist locally.
• Create a "Local storage" config section.
• Set "Store all my playlists" check in config section. If checked, hide the store playlist button in the UI.
• Set video/audio format in a config section.
• Set storage space and location in the config section.
• Notify the user when the storage is almost full to change max storage setting, remove old video/audio or ignore.

Was about to create a similar feature request. There are some songs that I keep running pretty much all day when I'm in the mood. One reason I use FreeTube is that it seems to take up less RAM than a browser. Keeping certain songs locally stored would be awesome. Maybe there'd be a button similar to a star that'd tell the app to keep them downloaded rather than deleting after leaving the page.
