Implement the functionality to see the contents of the logging database from Manager UI

The logging database should be available from the Manager UI, so the manager can see it during the election. This will increase the security as it will open for an ongoing monitoring of the actions made.

The functionality must be a new UI that should a list of the logs. It must be available from the optionspanel (dropdown) in the upper left corner. The access to it must be secured by requiring the manager password.
