delete discontinued channels DW Deutsch and DW Deutsch+ #592

Hallo,

In this list, can you please delete the channels "DW Deutsch" and "DW Deutsch+" (36 and 37)?

it also appears in
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Free-TV/IPTV/master/playlist.m3u8

Those two channels are discontinued since 2024, channels not working in "Hypnotix" or "IPTVnator" any longer.
